mixed feelings about my stay

unsafe elevator room rate

The elevator was quite old. It felt unsafe and made transporting luggage difficult. breakfast was not included in the room rate. I think it should have been. the front desk reception wasn't staffed 24/7. A 24-hour presence would have been beneficial for questions or requests.

the location is very good. rooms are nice and neat. the staff answered quickly. they offer coffee, water, tea and juice at all times. this is very convenient.

the elevator is very old, so using it with luggage can be a hassle.

the hotel is within a short walking distance to restaurants and tourist attractions. it is located on the second floor of an antique building, decorated in a tasteful manner. a shared seating area is outside the rooms.

updated room central location fascinating lift darker room cramped space constant music

the room was updated which i appreciate. the location is great being central to attractions. the lift built in the early 19th century was fascinating it was the second one in the city.

the room was on the darker side light was limited. the bathroom door opened inward space was cramped. classical music played constantly disturbing downtime it even woke me up sometimes.

i stayed in the beautiful double room. ac worked GREAT. the location was wonderful. the staff gave super recommendations about places. they were available through text messages.

our room seemed on the darker side. there was limited natural light in the room. i noticed A few awkward design features. it was difficult to reach the toilet because the door opened inward.
